At Infinite Ideations, every product is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed. We request customers to read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in cases where the product arrives damaged.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • A clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened must be provided as proof of damage.
  • The video must clearly show the damage to the product without cuts or edits.
  • Product must remain unused and in original packaging.

Claims made without a proper unboxing video may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Used products
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to handmade nature
  • Orders damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery
  • Change of mind or personal preference

3. Return Approval

All return requests are subject to verification and approval by Infinite Ideations.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any return request that does not meet our policy conditions
  • Reject claims with insufficient proof
  • Determine whether the product qualifies as damaged or defective

The decision of Infinite Ideations regarding returns and refunds shall be final.

4. Refund Process

If a return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.

5. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
