Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Customized, personalized, made-to-order, and bulk orders may require additional processing time. The estimated timeline will be communicated separately.
- Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, order weight, and package dimensions.

Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
Estimated delivery times:
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking details.
You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment's progress.
Delays in Delivery
While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- Transportation disruptions
- Courier service issues
- High order volumes during festive seasons or promotional events
Infinite Ideations shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order placement.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Take clear photographs of the package and product immediately upon receipt.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Share your order number and supporting photographs for review.
Claims reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost Shipments
If your shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the matter.
Replacement or refund decisions will be made after the courier partner's investigation is completed.
