Refund and Returns Policy

At Infinite Ideations, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and services, but we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This policy outlines our refund and return guidelines as per applicable Indian consumer laws.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Physical Products:

    • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
      • The product was damaged during transit.
      • The product is defective or incorrect.
    • To initiate a return, please email us at connect@infiniteideations.com with your order number, photo evidence of the damage or defect, and a description of the issue.
  • Non-Returnable Products:

    • Any Customized items such as personalized invitation cards, Bespoke Resin Products, etc. are non-returnable.
    • Any product that has been used or damaged after delivery is not eligible for return.

2. Refunds for Physical Products

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs for the return will be covered by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Digital Products (Illustrations, Graphic Designs)

  • Digital products are non-refundable once the final design has been approved by the customer.
  • In case of a technical issue with the digital file (e.g., corrupted or incomplete file), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the file for support or corrections.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Physical Products: Orders can be canceled before the item is shipped. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
  • Digital Products: Orders for digital products can be canceled before work has commenced. Once we begin working on your order, no cancellations will be accepted.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated period:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email at connect@infiniteideations.com

7. Shipping for Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
