We use the information you share to take care of your order and help you when you need us. This page explains what we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
Information you share
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, and what you ordered.
- Payment details: payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we receive only a payment reference and its status.
- Account and sign-in: if you choose to sign in to see your orders, your email address and a one-time code we send to it.
- Messages: anything you choose to tell us when you write to us.
- Your cart: kept in your own browser until you check out.
How we use it
- To process, pack, ship and track your order, and to issue a GST invoice.
- To email you about your order at each step: accepted, being prepared, ready, dispatched and delivered.
- To answer your questions and handle returns or damaged parcels.
- To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.
Services that help us
We share only what each service needs to do its job:
- Razorpay, to take payments.
- Courier partners, who receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your parcel.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores order records.
- Our email provider, which delivers order emails to you.
How long we keep information
We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Other information is kept only as long as it is useful for looking after your orders, after which it is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and sign-in
This site uses only what it needs to work: your cart in your browser, and a secure sign-in cookie if you choose to sign in. We do not use advertising cookies.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
