These terms explain what to expect when you use our website or order from Infinite Ideations ("we", "us"). Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order you agree to them.
About our products
Our card decks are designed to support everyday wellbeing and connection. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or professional advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional.
We do our best to show products accurately, but colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Razorpay. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds, and you will receive a confirmation email with your GST invoice.
- If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel for a full refund.
Discounts
Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with them, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery
We ship across India. Processing and delivery times, tracking, and what to do about damaged or lost parcels are set out in our shipping policy, and refunds for damaged items in our refunds and returns policy.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to cancel, write to us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been dispatched can usually be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.
Creative work and content
The text, card designs, photographs and branding on this site and in our products belong to Infinite Ideations. Please do not copy or reproduce them for commercial use without our written permission.
Your rights
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
